Fees

Unless you’re paying up front (and paying for an agent to list your home, rather than actually sell it) most agents hide their fees behind a wall of secrecy. Even if you call them up, you’ll find it difficult to get a straight answer to the simple question “How much do you charge?”

We believe in total transparency in everything we do.

We will charge you a percentage fee based on the successful sale of your property.

1%+VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of £1500+VAT)

This fee includes all standard photography, marketing on our selected internet portals (for example Rightmove, Zoopla, alisongeorge.com etc) in office marketing, accompanied viewings, feedback, all negotiation, regular communication, use of our vendor portal, sales progression through to completion.

There are no hidden fees and you aren’t forced to use our own conveyancer or mortgage provider.

We may also charge a separate marketing fee for any bespoke elements you may choose (such as aerial photography, magazine-style brochures etc) which we will agree separately.
