Fees
Unless you’re paying up front (and therefore paying for an agent to list your home, rather than actually sell it) most agents hide their fees behind a wall of secrecy. Even if you call them up, you’ll find it difficult to get a straight answer to the simple question “How much do you charge?”

We believe in total transparency in everything we do.

We will charge you a percentage fee based on the successful sale of your property.

1%+VAT (1.2% incl VAT) Subject to a minimum fee of £1250+VAT (£1500 incl VAT)

This fee includes all standard photography, marketing on our selected internet portals, in office marketing, accompanied viewings, feedback, all negotiation, regular communication, use of our vendor portal and sales progression through to completion.

There are no hidden fees and you aren’t forced to use our own conveyancer or mortgage providers.
