Relevant Letting Fees and Tenant Information
To apply for a Tenancy:
Holding Monies: 1 weeks rent (Calculated by the monthly rent divided by 4.35). This payment is offset against the first months rent (payable on the day you move in).
Within 15 days of the date of the Holding Deposit Payment (Unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing):
Tenancy Deposit: 1 month’s rent First Month’s Rent (as advertised) – minus the holding monies as stated above
Early Termination
In the event that you wish to terminate your tenancy prior to the expiry / end date of your fixed term tenancy agreement, this will be subject to your landlord being in agreement and you will be fully responsible for all administration and re-advertising charges applicable in securing a new tenant.
The re-advertising and administration charge is equal to 75% of the month’s rent plus VAT (90% incl VAT) and must be paid in full, prior to any agreement and/or the re-advertising of the property. You will remain fully liable for all rent, council tax, utilities including standing charges and any other charges related to the property until such time as a suitable replacement tenant is found and takes up occupation of the property. (Please Note: Under no circumstances can the administration and re-advertising charge be deducted from the Bond held.)
